MKS is a construction company based out of Deoghar, Jharkhand.The company was established by Manoj Kumar Singh in 2008. Thecompany was started with an initial investment of 1.25 Cr. by the proprietor himself. MKS mainly works on government tenders, construction projects alongside having assets in flyash brick making, chequered tile, coal tar, curve stone and paver block. First year turnover of MKS was 4.87 Cr.
Manoj Kumar Singh is the founder and owner of MKS. He was born in Dhangarh, Deoghar, Jharkhand on 31 march 1975. He completed his primary education from Kendraya Vidyalaya Koiridhi, Deoghar. He completed his undergraduate degree in BA from Satsang College, Deogarh. He started his first business venture in 1999 in manufacturing and distribution of redbrick to various construction projects in Deoghar. This first business slowly evolved into varied business activities revolving around manufacturing and construction and culminated on the establishment of M.K Singh Construction Pvt. Ltd.
MKS currently works primarily in the construction sector, have its own manufacturing plants in various location and with major recent investment in the hospitality industry, Commercial building and BBD construction specialising in road project. MKS mainly operates in Jharkhand & Bihar. MKS currently employs over 500 individuals throughout its various ventures. MKS are also working for TATA in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
Main client of the company is Jharkhand Government, Bihar Government which includes R.C.D, R.D.D, S.P.L.D, P.W.D, W.R.D, U.D & HD etc. and TISCO.
